Are there any charge for pick up & delivery service?
No, the service is free. You only pay for your drycleaning/laundry etc…

How do I pay for services?
We accept cash, checks & credit cards.
We will charge your credit card or you can pay online by clicking on the
link, after receiving confirmation from us.


How to place an order?
You may call, email, text or fill out the request form.
You can schedule your 1st pick up on any day, except Sunday.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, there's a $20 minimum in our service area & a $30 mininum on orders that are 20 miles outside our service area.

How do I inform you about special request?
You may leave a note in the bag or state it on the request form.

Is same/next day service available?
Yes, for an additional charge of $10 same day & $5 next day inside our service area.

What type of bag do I use to put my clothes in for pick up?
You may leave it in a plastic bag or any bag of your choice & upon delivery we will provide you with a personalized tag bag &  a hook, to hang your clothes on.  You may also, request a 2nd bag at no charge to you.

Where are my clothes pick up & delivered?
You can leave them on the porch, garage, backyard or some covered area and we will do the same.

What if it rains?
We deliver to covered areas & your clothes are in a water resistant bag or plastic, which prevent them getting wet. If the weather is too threatening we will deliver them the next day or when your are home.
